Dolch Chopper is designed primarily for portioning, slicing and dicing fully thawed, boneless lamb, chicken and other meats. Use it to prepare meat for a stew, slice it into strips or divide it into portions before cooking.
With a 171.2 mm blade, 3.0 mm blade thickness and a weight of 299.5 g, it is broader and heavier than the Dolch Santoku. Choose Chopper if you regularly prepare meat and prefer a more substantial knife for these tasks.
The blade is made from German 1.4116 high-carbon steel with a hardness of 54–57 HRC. An ergonomic stainless steel handle provides a comfortable grip, while full tang construction means the blade’s metal tang extends through the full length of the handle.

Not suitable for frozen food, beef or horse bones, or other large, hard bones.
Hand wash with a soft sponge and mild dish soap, then dry immediately. Do not soak or put in a dishwasher. Use a wooden or plastic cutting board and store with the edge protected. Sharpen as needed. Keep out of children’s reach. Stop using a damaged blade.

One-year limited warranty from purchase for confirmed manufacturing defects under proper use and care. If a covered defect is confirmed, we will replace the knife with a new one.
